First, you need to exfoliate your skin. This can be done through exfoliating creams, acne medicines, home remedies, or even a good bathing with a loofah sponge. Exfoliating skin removes dirt, dead skin, and other impurities that add to the blocking of the skin pores.
The second step you need to take in treatment is unclogging your pores. Several topical creams can be used to unclog pores. Most of these products will contain retinoids made from Vitamin A or microbials such as Benzoyl Peroxide. These products will penetrate the skin and unclog the inflamed pore.

It may not happen immediately, but if this process is continued over time, you will see a remarkable improvement in the health and appearance of your skin. Remember there is no known cure for acne.
